A Rochester company helps keep executives on top of their game
The LightHeart Institute cut the ribbon on its new headquarters on Goodman Street in Rochester. The company known for helping to bring out the best in people restored a century-old city mansion to its former glory to continue to serve the community it has served for 20 years.
The LightHeart Institute founder and President Lisa Hill DiFusco says the house serves a dual purpose. "We have two sides of the house: One is Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Management Consulting for organizations and the other side of the house is Holistic Counseling, Holistic Health for individuals."
Clients like Jennifer Takatch give it rave reviews. "It's given me some structure, it's given me guidance, it's given me goals for looking forward and how to actually run a business in a profitable way. It's also helped me as a person. It's helped me become a stronger person as well."
Jennifer runs an architecture firm in Rochester. She's been a LightHeart client for three years. LightHeart built its success on the success of business owners like Jennifer. But it goes beyond that. LightHeart sees its work as an investment in Rochester.
