Lisa Hill DiFusco - Founding President and Director
Lisa Hill DiFusco is an Executive Coach, Leadership Development expert, Holistic Psychotherapist and Founding President of The LightHeart Institute. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree in theology from the University of Steubenville. She completed graduate work in psychology, training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and spent five years studying the relationship between the unconscious mind and human behavior with Mel Bucholtz, MA, a student of the late great Milton Erikson M.D.
Ms. Hill DiFusco is a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and is certified in the Personal Totem Pole Process of Guided Imagery. Most recently she has been studying with the Center for Mind-Body Medicine in Washington, DC in both the Professional and Advanced Training Programs.
Dedicated to the health and vitality of the clients she serves Ms. Hill DiFusco works with individuals and organizations igniting their natural ability to succeed and thrive. As a Holistic Psychotherapist she blends traditional therapeutic practices with cutting-edge mind-body approaches to promote healing, health and vitality. As a Leadership Development expert and Executive Coach she facilitates gains in productivity, profitability and happier workforces. Her corporate clients range from vice presidents of Fortune 500 companies managing 500 million in annual assets to business owners producing one million plus in annual sales.
Angela Monachino
Angela Monachino is a vibrant member of our team and serves as Executive Assistant to Ms. Hill DiFusco supporting the vision of The LightHeart Institute. Prior to working for LightHeart she assisted the CEO of the Rochester Business Alliance (formerly the Rochester Chamber of Commerce and IMC) for sixteen years. Ms. Monachino has also worked as an Administrative Assistant for The Gleason Foundation.
