Our Vision

A task without a vision is just a job.
A vision without a task is just a dream.
A task and a vision can change the world!

Our intention is to build a 200 year old institution becoming the preeminent resource in Rochester for Effective Leadership, Health, Healing and Vitality.

We seek to be a catalyst for personal and professional growth, one heart, one mind, one organization at a time.

We Measure Our Success By...

  • Our client's natural ability to improve their lives, experience greater connection and achieve their personal and professional dreams

  • Our team's happiness, excellence and sense of pride in their accomplishments

  • Our ability to reinvest our profits to continue expanding The LightHeart Institute so that more people may benefit

  • Our ability to inspire greater appreciation for, and connection to, the Earth

We Envision A Community...

  • ...Where people thrive, not just survive; they excel, not just cope

  • ...Where effective leadership is common and economic prosperity abundant

  • ...That embraces and reaps the rewards of emotional healing, physical vitality, mental alertness and spiritual connection

  • ...Whose members value the choices they make understanding the impact of their choices on their children's children

  • ...Achieving its' natural birthright - joy

Our Core Values

Our Core Values express what is most important to us and what guides and protects our business practices. They transcend our size and growth rate and we aspire to them regardless of cicumstances or convenience. We are not perfect, but we honor them to the best of our ability.

Integrity - We are dedicated to aligning practices with principles and seek the highest standard of integrity in all of our activity.

Excellence - We are committed to building a center which boasts excellence, establishing high standards in all aspects of our organization.

Trustworthiness - We are firmly grounded in our commitment to be trustworthy and promote trust in our relationships with all stakeholders (the people who are interested in and benefit from the success of our organization).

Possibility Thinking - Possibility thinking allows us to see 'above and beyond' what hems us in enabling us to get more of what we want in life. We believe in the motto "Seeing is Believing," but more effectively, "Believing is Seeing!"

Fire - We borrow from the words of St. Ignatius, founder of the Jesuit Order and Ignatian Spirituality in the Roman Catholic tradition, Set fire upon the earth (Ignum Mitterim Terram). Part of our mission is to ignite passion in our undertakings with stakeholders. We are committed to increasing conscious awareness, conscious leadership, conscious relationships and conscious parenting.

Vision - Leadership begins with vision. It illuminates direction for purpose and accomplishment both on the personal and organizational level and is integral in all our work with stakeholders.

Stillness - The act of 'being' gives way to the act of 'doing'. We promote stillness (meditation, journaling, nature walks, etc) to increase peace of mind, clarity, personal strength and ability to achieve personal and professional goals.

Silence - Silence begets clarity of purpose, meaning in one's life and the ability to achieve what is most important. It increases self-awareness, passion, possibility thinking and authentic living.

If I can relate to this moment with integrity, and then this moment with integrity, and then this moment with integrity, then the sum of that is going to be great over a lifetime.
