The LightHeart Meditation



The LightHeart Meditation is a powerful tool for effecting change
in your life and the lives of those you love.

Sit in a quiet space away from television, telephones, the radio and other distractions.

Sit in an upright position allowing your spine to be straight, your feet flat on the floor, your palms facing upward gently on your lap.

Bring your awareness to your heart and gently focus on the center of your being.

Gently imagine bright, brilliant light emanating outward from your heart.

Now, imagine the light growing bigger and bigger so that eventually the light encompasses your heart and grows larger and larger so that it eventually encompasses your entire body.

Let the light continue to grow bigger and bigger until it completely engulfs the area in which you are sitting...your surroundings...

Imagine it now surrounding your geographical location, your town, city, state, country; eventually the entire earth. Gently notice the light moving outward.

Now, directly send this light to someone you hold dear. Imagine them surrounded by the light...the same light in which you are engulfed. You may wish to send them well wishes while you are sending them this light.

Express gratitude for this person.
Give thanks for yourself.

Now bring your awareness gently back to your heart...and the environment in which you are sitting.

Open your eyes and journal about your experience.
