Practice of Awareness

I want to know God's thoughts...the rest are details.
-Albert Einstein

Spirituality is about waking up! It is the discovery that all is well and all shall be well. All is well in this moment regardless of the circumstances in your life. It is a paradox, to be sure because when we look at the world around us there is great tragedy. Yet mystics - Christian and non-Christian alike are unanimous on this one thing: all is well!

To practice Awareness is to be present to yourself and your surroundings in this moment. (This is where we learn all is well). It means to watch and consciously observe what is going on inside and around you with full attention, not the future, not the past, just this present moment - without judgment or criticism.

During this two hour seminar we will discuss and experience the practice of Awareness so that you can integrate this tremendous tool in your life listening to the call of your spirit.

People say that what we're seeking is a meaning for life. I don't think that's what we're really seeking. What we seek is an experience of being alive, so that our life experiences on the purely physical plane have resonances within our innermost being and reality, so that we actually feel the rapture of being alive.

Joseph Campell

Leave me face to face with the truth and there is nothing more to interpret, nothing more to say...

Pablo Neruda, untitled poem, 1973
