Cynthia (Cynt) Marshall
CEO, Dallas Mavericks; Author

Cynt Marshall is the CEO of the Dallas Mavericks and has been a dynamic force for inclusion and diversity within the organization and over a 36-year career at AT&T. As the first African-American woman to lead an NBA team, Marshall guided the Mavs to become the standard for inclusion and diversity in the NBA. Prior to joining the Mavs, Marshall served as Senior Vice President – Human Resources & Chief Diversity Officer at AT&T. Her work landed AT&T in the Top 3 on Diversity Inc’s Top 50 list of companies, and for the first time, placed AT&T on Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For, one of only two Fortune 50 companies.
Marshall was named one of Adweek’s 30 Most Powerful Women in Sports and selected as one of the 2019 Women of Power Legacy Award honorees by Black Enterprise, among many other awards throughout her career. She is the author of You’ve Been Chosen, a memoir detailing how she has beaten the odds in both her personal and professional life, overcoming domestic violence, racial barriers, a cancer diagnosis, and more.
Jon Acuff
Leadership Expert; Inc. Top 100 Leadership Speaker; New York Times Best-Selling Author

Jon Acuff is the New York Times bestselling author of eight books, including his most recent, Soundtracks: The Surprising Solution To Overthinking.
Published in more than twenty languages, his work is both critically acclaimed and adored by readers. When he’s not writing, Acuff can be found on a stage, as one of Inc’s Top 100 Leadership Speakers. José M. Hernández
Astronaut; President and CEO, Tierra Luna Engineering; Author

José M. Hernández is an American engineer and former NASA astronaut. In his early years he was a migrant farmer, who didn’t learn English until he was 12 years old. He went on to pursue his dream to be an astronaut and was rejected by NASA eleven times before being selected as part of the 19th class of astronauts in 2004. In 2009, he was assigned to the crew of Space Shuttle mission STS-128, making him the first Mexican-American astronaut. His autobiography, Reaching for the Stars, inspires audiences to dream big with messages of hard work and perseverance, and is being told through the upcoming Amazon Prime film A Million Miles Away. In 2016, Hernández received the National Hispanic Hero Award presented by the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute, and today serves as President and CEO of Tierra Luna Engineering.

Founder and CEO of Employee Fanatix; Podcast Host; Best-Selling Author

A former attorney who worked for years in corporate America, Heather R. Younger is the Founder and CEO of Employee Fanatix and the world’s leading expert on listening at work. Dan Owolabi has nearly 20 years of experience helping leaders develop genuine, effective influence. He is the Executive Director of Branches Worldwide. A former college athlete, educator, and pastor, he has worked with leaders in eighteen countries and four continents, helping them clarify their identity and leverage their influence to serve others. Dan holds a graduate degree from Ashland University centering on American Leadership and is completing a doctorate in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary.
